You must be connected directly to the internet (not behind a firewall)
and have pop3 email access and have an email client program (such as
Eudora or Outlook, etc.) installed on your computer in order for our
mailto forms to work properly. 

AOL is both behind a firewall and does not allow pop3 access within
their environment. If our forms will not work for you, use our regular
